Important!
Personal Effects shipments can only be customs cleared if being sent to a residential address. Shipping to a business address will result in customs clearing as a commercial shipment and duties being levied. Customers should also ensure all uploaded documentation for clearance matches the name of the receiver on the order.
The name of shipper must be the same as the receiver name.
Customer must send us packing list and copy of passport.
All shipments are subject to a physical customs inspection. Due to recent changes in customs processes the Indonesian customs authority is currently experiencing a backlog with some items taking several weeks to be processed.
The shipment must be in boxes.
INSURANCE
Insurance covers your shipment against loss or damage. We provide free cover up to a value of £50 (£25 for our Evri, Landmark Global and USPS services), along with options for higher value shipments.
Please note: Regardless of which insurance option you choose, you will still need to pack your parcel securely.It is your responsibility to ensure that your packaging is suitable for transit.Parcels may be stacked or pass through automated sorting facilities that use conveyor belts and chutes. Orientation (i.e. “this way up”) is not guaranteed.
